My obsession with tiny details began in our family garage, where I watched my dad build an intricate, multi-track model train world. That childhood magic reached a peak one Christmas morning when I walked into the living room to find a custom, handcrafted dollhouse he had secretly built just for me. Seeing him construct entire worlds from scratch taught me early on that huge love, deep comfort, and cherished memories can fit right in the palm of your hand.
Growing up, I was always drawing and reimagining ordinary materials into something new. When I married my husband, my artistic lens found a profound home in his Mexican culture. I fell in love with the vivid colors, rich family traditions, and comforting culinary heritage, realizing my lifelong passion for micro-art could be a bridge to celebrate and preserve those roots.
Today, I hand-sculpt polymer clay miniatures—from detailed pan dulce like conchas and marranitos to traditional culinary dishes—and craft custom laser-cut wooden pieces designed to honor heritage and family memories. Whether it’s a tiny sweet bread charm for the Mi Vida Dulce collection or a piece from Maravilla Creations, every item is crafted with heart, intention, and a deep love for the sweetest parts of life.
